Running a training course or a workshop in Warsaw? In a classroom layout Sydney '00 seats 30 participants, Atlanta '96 — 60, and Barcelona '92 — 100. For work in smaller groups we recommend a u-shape setting: from 12 people in the Ring rooms up to 80 in the largest room.

The foyer sits right next to the rooms, so the break starts just outside the door — no going one floor down and hunting for coffee around the building. Everything on the culinary side is handled by the kitchen of the hotel restaurant, which means one host instead of a separate catering supplier.

The conference centre operates next to o3Hotel in Warsaw's Mokotów district. Participants travelling from outside Warsaw can stay on site — the rooms, the restaurant and the guest rooms are all in one building, so a multi-day training course or a conference with accommodation does not require moving around the city.
The urban style runs through the whole property: raw brick, industrial bulbs, strong colours and a chequerboard floor. It makes a good backdrop for the informal part of a meeting — conversations after a session, a welcome coffee or team photos.

The largest conference can be held theatre-style for 200 guests, and a catered event for 160 guests.
