Three world cuisineson a single buffet.

The banquet buffet at The O3EAT brings together three culinary worlds: hearty Polish classics, the brightness and depth of the Orient, and the sunny flavours of Italy. Guests build their plate their own way — from slow-roasted pork neck to spring rolls and carpaccio. Each buffet includes cold appetisers, hot dishes and a separate dessert buffet.

Prices are net, per guest. Every open bar is available in a 4- and 6-hour variant; alcohol-free versions of the drinks on request. The full contents of each package are presented by your Events Manager.

How do I book a banquet and receive an offer?

Please contact one of our Events Managers — by phone or email. After a short conversation about the character of the event, the date and the number of guests, we will prepare an offer with a menu variant, a drinks package and a full quote.

The most popular dates fill up first — galas, anniversaries and corporate evenings are booked well in advance. The earlier you get in touch, the wider the choice of dates and hours.

How much does a banquet cost per guest?

The banquet menu starts from 209 zł net per guest and comes in four variants with a growing choice of dishes and desserts. To the menu you add a drinks package (from 35 zł net / guest) or an open bar (from 75 zł net / guest, in 4- and 6-hour variants).

The full price list for every variant and open bar is presented by your Events Manager in an offer tailored to your event. Settlement is by VAT invoice.

For how many guests can you arrange a banquet?

The O3EAT restaurant seats up to 160 guests. Banquets are held in a separate hall (full privacy) or in a dedicated part of the restaurant — the table layout and seating are matched to the scale and character of the event.

For more intimate gala dinners we are equally happy to host a banquet at a single representative table.

Do you issue VAT invoices and work with companies?

Yes. Corporate banquets are our everyday work — settlement is by VAT invoice, in line with the arrangements made with your Events Manager before the event.

Payment terms, any deposit and the formal details are agreed at the offer stage — transparently and with no surprises after the banquet.

Is there space for a formal programme, stage or screen?

Yes. The room layout is adapted to the evening's programme — we will provide space for the formal part, speeches, an awards ceremony, and a place for a screen or lectern.

Technical details and any sound system are discussed individually with your Events Manager when planning the room layout.

Can out-of-town guests stay overnight?

Yes. The banquet takes place at o3Hotel, so guests can use rooms in the same building — with no need to arrange transport after the evening.

A block of rooms for banquet guests is reserved through your Events Manager alongside the rest of the event.

Is there parking for guests?

Yes. Guests have access to outdoor and underground parking. Availability for the banquet is confirmed by your Events Manager when booking.
